Amy Guion is a classically trained dancer and has been pole dancing since 2007. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor of science in natural science, a program which emphasized anatomy, kinesiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
Her background in dance and science led her to create these videos, a series which she hopes will increase every pole dancer’s strength and flexibility and assist in injury prevention and recovery.
We are a part of a growing fitness movement in the United States and around the world. Our tight knit community of women and men train together, support one another, and celebrate each other's successes, both inside and outside of the studio.
We mix dance, strength training, acrobatics, flexibility, and stamina into a new sport that has gone mainstream in the last 5 years. Welcome to pole dance fitness.
Bendability Fitness is dedicated to educating athletes about sport specific flexibility. We aim to decrease injury while increasing range of motion by creating unique stretching programs for individual sports.
